This yellow-fleshed, semi-freestone peach is an early season, medium to large-sized peach known for its harmonious blend of sweetness and slight acidity and firmness. 

 

 

Gala

Available 1st week of July

A cling peach harvested when few freestone peaches are available. This peach is very firm, with a great bright color.

 

 

Redhaven

Available 2nd week of July

Our first commercial variety of the season. It is the most widely planted peach in the U.S. A semi-freestone variety of medium size displaying a red blush over a yellow background. A favorite among canners and freezers.

 

Blazingstar

Available 3rd week of July

A round, attractive, yellow peach with 90% solid blazing red blush over an orange background. This is the first early season freestone, ripening just after the Redhaven.

 

Bellaire

Available 2nd week of July

Larger peach than a Redhaven. A mostly freestone variety with very classy coloring. Its 80% red blush over a golden background make it a very attractive peach. Bellaires ripen soon after Redhavens.

 

Saturn

Available 2nd week of July

A Pen-Tao “donut-shaped” peach which has the flattened shape with depressed center as the name suggests. Its tender white flesh and sweet flavor gives it something to talk about, other than its novelty shape.

 

Flamin’ Fury PF17

Available 3rd week of July

An exciting variety of peach for us here at Rendleman Orchards! The PF17 is a freestone peach of fairly large size with 70% crimson-red blush over a deep orange background. This a good commercial shipper and is usually available early/mid-July.

 

Bounty

Available 4th week of July

A large, smooth skinned, freestone peach showing a deep golden background under its 80% cherry-red blush. A great commercial variety with good shipping characteristics.

 

Blushingstar

Available 1st week of August

A white fleshed peach with good storage & shipping qualities, this freestone peach has a high percentage of red color with a lesser white background. Its white flesh has a tinge of pink but doesn’t brown when sliced.

Available 1st week of August

A large peach, mostly 2 3/4″ to 3 1/4″ in size. This freestone peach has a red blush over an orange/yellow background, has great flavor and holds its firmness well. An excellent all-purpose peach.

 

Fayette

Available 3rd week of July

A very large, round, freestone peach, displaying an extremely high coloration on its smooth skin.
