Refund policy

We require both the receipt and the product to complete the return process. Customers who have both the receipt & product will be issued one of the following:
§ Equivalent product exchange if available (the product must be similar to the original and be the same price level or less)
§ Store credit (in the form of a gift certificate)
§ Full refund (applies only to jarred food or non-food merchandise found to be broken, defective or incomplete)

The following time restrictions apply:
§ 5 days – fresh produce
§ 7 days – cider, plants, other snack items
§ 30 days – all other jarred food and non-food items

Customers who are issued refunds will be credited in the same manner of payment from the original purchase (in other words, purchases made with a credit card will be refunded on that same credit card). All returns require a valid picture ID. If the customer is unable to physically return to the store, call 618-893-2771. Refunds will not be issued for sale or clearance items.

Refunds on overcharges require a valid receipt and must be claimed within 60 days of the purchase. All overcharges will be refunded in the same method as the payment.

Rendleman Orchards Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

Rendleman Orchards gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at Rendleman Orchards Farm Market as well as at rendlemanorchards.com. This card cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. To redeem online, enter the gift card code at the payment page of the rendlemanorchards.com checkout. All Rendleman Orchards orders using gift cards at checkout will be processed in U.S. funds. There will be no cash back given on gift cards. Gift card expires 3 years from date of purchase. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may be canceled and replaced with a new gift card in the amount of the remaining balance upon proof (original sales receipt) as required by Rendleman Orchards. Purchase of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
