Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guests are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Wayne and Michelle are 5th generation owner/operators of the 150-year-old farm. They believe locally grown food, sharing farming practices and providing beautiful spaces to connect people with family farms will bind people to the American farm families and their contributions to feeding our country. They have come to learn good food creates community, extended family and togetherness. This property is managed by Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals, a veteran-owned, woman-owned business. Allison, owner of SIVR, is an SIUC alumni and has a deep love for the hospitality industry and showcasing beautiful southern Illinois.
